1969 Honda CB750 Sandcast for Sale1969 Honda CB750 Sandcast for Sale, ( NO: 4087 0FF THE HONDA PRODUCTION LINE. FRESH IN FROM THE USA, 2 OWNERS, JUNE 1969 HONDA CB750 SANDCAST FRAME NO: CB750***4087 ) ( MY O MY WHAT CAN I SAY, JUST STAGGERING, DELIVERY CAN EASILY BE ARRANGED ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD ) 1969 Early fully restored model Honda CB750 Sandcast with all the correct ingredients, The motorcycle still has the ultra rare ‘2 hole air-box, Bootless master cylinder, Early wrinkle tank, rolled rear rim, Sunken seat with tail fin, Sunken key and ignition switch, Finless oil filter housing, 5mm throttle cable ( RARE ), Most of these parts are lost from these bikes over the years, but fortunately this one has retained them. Also fitted is a brand new set of Japanese pipes that are totally correct for this model. This bike was restored by myself over the last seven weeks by burning the midnight oil on more than one occasion, No expense spared, fully road tested and rides like a dream, The engine has been checked and overhauled, the carbs, forks, wheels etc etc have been refurbished. The motorcycle runs and rides like it looks, superb! Comes with a new battery, 12 months MOT, and UK road registered, Brand new period style tyres. Here are the frame and engine numbers for those who wish to know, Frame No: CB750***4087 and Engine No: CB750E***3635 which is 100% correct as from when the motorcycle left the Honda factory in Japan, Recently imported from the State Of Minnesota USA, as many of you will be aware the Sandcast CB750’s are rare and most are ending up in the hands of serious bike collections around the World, This is the fifth sandcast we have recently had in the last year or so ‘the last three sold for similar money so be quick’, Ready to ride or show or just to keep as a guaranteed investment, You know and i know that they will only go one way from here and that’s up and up in value like the Vincents and Brough’s, Part exchange welcome, Delivery anywhere for an extra fee, All documents V5c etc, No: 4087 out of 7414 Sandcasts making this one of the rare production models probably 3rd or 4th week of production WOW, The first 7414 CB750s, the crankcases / head / barrels / sump were all cast in ‘sand moulds like a British bike. This gave the cases a rough feel appearance, why this was done, know one actually knows, our guess is because the die-cast tooling wasn’t ready in April 1969, in fact it wasn’t until September 1969 that the first die-cast bike number 7415 rolled of the production line. ( Please ‘NOTE’ Do not confuse the earlier Sandcast models with Chassis No’s: upto 7414 with the later die-cast K0 models which was from Chassis No: 7415 as manufactured from September 69 onwards as a number of people have emailed and said it looks the same bike ‘ Its not, a Sandcast is not a Die-cast a Die- cast is basically a K0 onwards and the later models. All serious enquires please call the shop / showroom on 020 8997 2421 daytimes between 10 and 5 or you can try the 24/7 anytime mobile on 07973 11 12 13 please ask for Frank. email fjk222@hotmail.com ( Please no tyre kickers or dreamers as it wastes my time as well as yours. This is motorcycling history, better than money in the bank….remember they still print ££££ but don’t build these anymore ! )
