1956 Vincent Norvin For Sale (1)1956 Vincent Norvin for Sale, Unique Norvin Cafe Racer: Built by professional engineer and club racer, Well known in Vincent Owners Club and featured in MPH Twice. Built 15 years ago but recently recommissioned, with refined and high quality repaint. This is not a modern copy but the real deal, registered as Historic Vehicle, Tax and MOT free.

To ride this bike is simply amazing, the feel, the handling, the smoothness of the gears and clutch would make you think you was riding a modern day bike, it
is only when you open her up with the throttle that you realise you are really on something rather special.

FULL FULL ENGINE BUILD TO THE VERY HIGHEST SPEC:
Hot ENGINE Ingredients: Include, Stronger crankcases, Bob Newby belt drive, Billet six stud Clutch, Springs, Belt drive cover, L/Valves, Bronze guides, Crank, Pistons, CNC Cylinder base plates, longer Carillo conrods, Strengthened engine studs, Precision bearings, Precision seals, Performance gaskets, Handmade/machined engine plates, Machined one off kickstart and ball joint, 12v electrics, Electronic ignition, etc etc etc.

ENGINE SPECS:

1150cc, 90x90mm bore and stroke, estimated 75bhp
Original ’50s racing crankcases
Maughan balanced crank, Carillo rods, new 90mm barrels, Omega pistons

Two front cylinder heads with big valves, these have been twin plugged but currently running with decompressors
for easier starting.

Mikuni carbs with gauze filters on polished stainless inlets
Custom stainless exhaust and “silencers”

TRANSMISSION:
Pre-unit Triumph, fully rebuilt and converted to needle rollers with 5-speed cluster, Newby belt drive under custom
fabricated primary cover.
Lucas electronic ignition, belt driven alternator hidden in primary case between crank and clutch (to keep bike slim )
custom wiring loom, all soldered.
