1972 Suzuki TT250 Classic Suzuki for Sale1972 Suzuki TT250 Classic Suzuki for Sale, ( PROBABLY THE BEST TT250 SUZUKI IN THE WORLD ) Here we have a very very nice ready to ride 1972 Suzuki TT250 genuine UK bike as from new, The Suzuki TT250 is a very rare bike that was only sold in the UK during 1972, the bike slotted between and overlaped with the T250 and the GT250, it is almost identical to the first model GT250 with just a few differences, This bike was first registered in Wiltshire in August 1972 and was sold in 1981 to a gentleman in Kent, it was then sold again in 1986 and was taken off the road in 1987, ( Two Former Keepers Only, WOW ) We have the last tax disc, The motorcycle has been restored over the last 3 years and has just recently been completed, The bike is in candy yellow which is more like a nice metallic golden colour than yellow, this is one of three standard colours the bike came in, The bike`s mot’d until June 2016 and has only covered approx 60 miles since, it is running very nicely as it has just had a £460 spend at a Suzuki main dealer being a full setup ready for the road, the bike starts first kick each
and every time, The 1972 Suzuki TT250 has had a fortune spent with no expense spared, Here is just a small list of what has been done to bring this bike to this level, Engine work was completed by SEP in Kegworth and the total was over £1000, Please also take note that the TT250 is only on it’s first rebore, Chroming was by Quality chrome at over £1100, Paintwork is by KAS race paint and was over £500, NOS parts and other bits and bobs was at a total of over £2000 ( Crooks Suzuki ) the main dealer was used mostly, The brand new NOS genuine Suzuki exhaust came from France and the brand new shocks came from the USA, The clocks were restored by Peter Bond at £350, The wheels are Takasago / excel with the writing on the outer rim, the tyres are Dunlop K82, Spokes and most nuts and bolts are stainless, Brake shoes are relined with modern materials, Forks are AM Philpot hard chrome, Ignition is electronic for easy starting + we still have the original points setup which will come with the motorcycle, All alloy has been polished, We also have stacks of invoices, DVLA history records, rebuild photo’s and an original Suzuki parts book for the TT250. All in all it has had lots and lots of money and love spent over the last three years, The engine number has the last digit wrong on the V5, it looks like it’s been like that since new, this can easily be rectified when the V5c registration document goes in the new keepers name, Here are the frame and engine numbers for those who wish to know, Frame No: T250-45099 and Engine No: 45172. Also the TT250 motorcycle is classed as a Historic vehicle and has the advantage of free road tax, Part exchange would be welcome, All payments accepted, Delivery can easily be arranged anywhere, Please call the shop / showroom on 020 8997 2421 between 10 and 5 most days except Sundays, or try our 24/7 anytime within reason mobile on 07973 11 12 13 and ask for Frank, email: fjk222@hotmail.com ( WARNING THIS MOTORCYCLE IS SERIOUSLY NICE )
